DOUBLE-SIDED FOAM TAPE

StarChem double-sided foam tape has the following features:-

• High tack acrylic adhesive which is resistant to weather
• 0.8mm thick foam absorbs vibration for a long-lasting bond
• Supplied in all popular sizes

CLOTH TAPE

StarChem Cloth Tape (also known as duct tape) is made from polythene.

The adhesive is highly tacky and is applied to the tape in a relatively thick layer. This gives Cloth Tape an ability to stick to most surfaces, especially uneven ones.

It is used often for the following applications:-

• Securing soundproofing under seats
• Attaching weatherproof linings inside car doors
• Securing electric cables
  

ALUMINIUM REPAIR TAPE

This is suitable for bridging holes in car bodywork prior to applying bodyfiller.

MASKING TAPE

StarChem offer a premium grade masking tape.

It is suitable for use in low-bake ovens at temperatures of up to 80 degrees centigrade.

Benefits are:-

• Withstands solvents, water and oils
• Excellent adhesion to glass, aluminium, steel. masking paper, masking poly, rubber mouldings, chromed and metallised parts, wood and many other smooth surfaces.
• Removes easily and cleanly leaving no residues
• Excellent stability at temperatures up to 85 degrees C.

FINE LINE TAPE

Fine line tape is a type of masking tape. It is used in absolutely critical applications where a sharp edge is needed.

It may be used to mask around locks, for example. The tape is ideal for this because it will easily follow the contours of the lock without creasing.

It is also used in custom painting where the very sharp edge allows two-tone paint finishes to be created.

FOAM MASKING TAPE

This tape is used to mask door apertures. It prevents a build-up of paint near the edges of the panels.
